Pick your time
Choose any open slot on the booking calendar (times shown in JST). Availability is live, and your appointment is confirmed the moment you book.
Your Zoom link arrives instantly
A confirmation email with your personal Zoom link is sent automatically as soon as you book. Before your visit, please fill in the English intake form, it gives the doctor a head start on your situation.
Join the call at your time
Click the link a few minutes early, no Zoom account needed. Find a private, quiet spot; earphones help. The doctor is supported by our English speaking staff, so you can explain everything in your own words.
Your consultation will begin within your scheduled 30 minute appointment window, but not always exactly at the scheduled time. The doctor joins the Zoom call between in-person appointments at the clinic, so there may occasionally be a short wait. Please stay in the Zoom room, we will be with you shortly.
Pay, and your medication ships
After the consultation you'll receive your invoice by email. Once payment is confirmed, your prescription is dispatched as quickly as possible in discreet, unbranded packaging, to your home, hotel, or wherever you're staying. Delivery times may vary, but we use fast shipping services throughout Japan.
